Bella
Koroneos
d. Jul 5, 2026
Bella Koroneos slipped away on July 5, 2026, in Dickson City, leaving behind an imprint of love as enduring as her gentle spirit. To call Bella just a beloved companion would be to overlook the unique, glowing soul she brought into her family’s life; a Princess to those who knew her, and above all, a Daddy’s Girl whose loyalty, sweetness, and unfailing affection made every day a little brighter.
From her first days, Bella’s world spun around the people she cherished, with her Daddy at the gleaming center of her universe. No matter the season or the mood of the day, Bella would stand vigil by the door, waiting for the familiar sound signaling Daddy’s return from work. There was an uncanny magic in her sense, she seemed to know, with her heart’s radar, when it was nearly time, always planting herself there with a patient joy, ten or fifteen minutes before the world’s daily reunion was complete.
Her days were threaded with quieter joys: contented hours spent by her Mom’s side, offering a silent, steadfast presence through every ordinary moment, and lounging with her sisters, Ash and Lucky. TV time and playful bursts wove between her favorite pastime; soaking in the warmth of the sun, stretched out in peaceful splendor. When the doors to the outside were closed, she sought out the sun’s rays where they painted warmth on her bed by the sliding glass door. Her longing for these simple, golden comforts said everything about her gentle, wise soul.
Bella was adorned with many nicknames...BoBear, Big Bear, B-Bear...each a testament to her unique personality and the endless affection she inspired. She bore the title of the gentlest Giant, her heart as vast as her presence, her spirit unlike any who had come before in her family’s life. Her sass, her sweetness, and her regal bearing made her instantly unforgettable. She loved with an open heart and gave each day her warmth, her patience, and her endearing loyalty.
Among her dearest friendships was the bond she shared with Tiny, the family’s Yorkie. Tiny preceded her in passing on July 5, 2022, and theirs was a companionship marked by loving play and deep camaraderie; a connection that surely continues in spirit. Above all, Bella’s legacy endures in the tender routines, the affectionate glances, and the sun-drenched memories she leaves with those who remain. She was a friend, a confidante, a source of constant comfort, and the quiet queen of her home.
There is so much to say about Bella: about her kindness, her devotion, and her gentle strength; but perhaps the truest and simplest testament is this: she was, and will always be, her family’s Princess and Daddy’s Girl, the gentlest heart they ever knew. The door feels a little emptier now, sunlight falls a bit quieter, but the love she shared glows on, undimmed and everlasting. Rest easy Beautiful girl.
