Refrigeration & Holding Options
Give Yourself Permission to Pause
Losing a beloved pet can feel overwhelming. In the midst of grief, making decisions about burial, aquamation, or memorial services may feel like more than you can handle in the moment.
We want families to know that there is no need to rush. If you are unsure which aftercare option is right for your companion, we can safely and respectfully hold your pet in our climate-controlled care areas while you take the time you need to process your loss and make a thoughtful decision.
When you are ready, we will be here to guide you with compassion and support every step of the way.

Decisions in Your Own Time

Choosing your pet’s final arrangements is a deeply personal decision. Our goal is to give you the time and space to make that decision when you feel ready.
